General L. L. Lemnitzer, Commaner-in-Chief, United Nations and Far East Commands, presented the United Nations Command Plaque to Maj. Gen. Daniel B. Strickler, Assisstant COFS, (J-5) Civil Affairs, UNC/FEC, for his standing services to the UNC/FEC since his arrival in January 1956, during a brief ceremony held in the office of General Lemnitzer, Pershing Heights, Tokyo, Japan.
