They show the name of the decedent, the decedent's place of residence, the name of the person renouncing administration, the name of the replacement administrator to be appointed, and date. Contains correspondence, genealogical materials, family charts, photographs, and commemorative booklet 1912, on Lancaster County in the Revolutionary War. Also, three documents concerning the settling of the Hand estate.

Issac Morehead lived most of his life in Erie, PA. He was a railroad conductor, a bookstore owner, a government clerk in Harrisburg, and postmaster at Erie. He was a traveler and an amateur historian who wrote many articles for local newspapers.
