Henry apologizing for not having written for a while; acknowledging the receipt of items from the estate of Joe but hesitating to wear any of the jewelry; asks that he and Margaret use the money he was to use to purchase silver for them on a trip to Minnesota; asks about the owners of two locks of hair in lockets; and enclosing a list of 19 items in the estate.
