Contains emigrants from more than thirty Palatine (Germany) villages. Included for each immigrant is the Palatine village of origin, translated family data from the German records, data about arrival in America, and (when found) additional family data on the earliest generation(s) from American records. More than sixty of the families from this region arrived before 1727, when the Pa. passenger lists start; this is the most difficult group to locate and identify in both European and American records.
