Vol. 2 has title: Acts passed at the first session of the Second Congress of the United States of America, begun and held at the city of Philadelphia, on Monday the twenty-fourth of October, in the year M, DCC, XCI, and of the independence of the United States, the sixteenth.
Each vol. includes all sessions of the respective Congress.
