Description
Open salt, Staffordshire, transfer-printed floral pattern on sides done in blue on a white ground. Clear glaze.
Circular with nearly straight sides and flat bottom and circular footed base. No markings.

Mochaware mustard pot with lid
Description
Slip decorated mochaware with dendritic patterns in dark brown on pearlware body (A) with lid (B). Slip banded with broad orange-brown band and dark brown borders. Applied rolled handle with shaped, decorated terminals. Slightly domed lid has two bands of dark brown and one of orange-brown, with round finial and cutaway for spoon.
Removed label "Mocha 5B". Remaining tape label on lid is "2082 J. B. Morris, Jr."
