Medium-depth bowl end, oviod, thick base, thin edge. Tapered handle, flat on end, curved. Coat-of-arms crescent with double-headed eagle/griffin etched on handle end. Four maker's marks on back of handle near bowl end: 1) ' W ' T C C 2) lion passant 3) c
Tin dipper has a small bucket-shaped cup with rounded bottom, seamed side and rolled rim. Attached to cup is a long tubular handle 9.25" long soldered to upper side. Seam is underneath. End of handle has a hanging ring soldered to it.
Made by William T. Toyer, 437 N. Queen Street. around 1900.

Decoration: Vegetable motif with tomatoes, onions, beets and carrots in corners of tray against a warm, golden tan background and with a gold border band around entire edge of tray.
