Keplinger for her mother, Mrs. Ella Fox" "1st owned by Hettie Breneman Lightner, 1800", "Given to Mrs. Ella Fox by her grandmother Jane Lightner Henry", "Given by Mrs. Ella Ferrier Fox passed away August 15th 1942 in her 91st year."

Porcelain tea set. Sugar bowl: 3.0 x 2.375 x 1.875. Missing lid, front has blue stamped-on design with golden accents. Two-part molded.
Teacup: 2.25 x 1.625 x 4.5 has similar design, two-part molded.
Teapot: 6.0 x 2.625 x 4.5 two-part molded. Inside has blue design with lake, boat, windmill, houses and mountains with golden accents. Molded design around upper and bottom rim.

Description
Molded pearlware teapot with applied molded handle and spout. Decorated with red transfer printed decoration of flowers, shells, C-scrolls and historic scenes of Japanese or Chinese buildings on both sides of body & lid. Both body (a) and domed lid (b) with knop are molded in multi-lobed, bulbous form. Body sits on 4 short, naturalistic feet. Neck above body narrows and then flares in an irregular form around oval mouth. Lid has the same decoration as body. Attached labels read, "SD 134" and the now-removed "75.64.80", likely signifying a 1980 loan to the Heritage Center.

Description
Press molded purple luster saucer, handpainted. Label on bottom reads, "L #4"
Earthenware bowls with pink lustre glaze. Hand-painted. Central 3-leaf design with stem and spirals on white is bounded by a cricle of lustre paint. Side designs on pink background consist of 3 large flowers alternated with 3 large leaves. The chain is linked by small motif that appears in the center. A thin line borders this band beside a band of white and a 1/8-inch pink lustre band around the upper edge.
