Storefront with Postal Telegraph Cable Co. on the window of the business on the right and Marshall's Boot and Shoe Store on the building on the left. Nine men and one young boy are standing on the sidewalk in front of the building. Mens shoes and boots in the store window.
1890 City Directory shows Marshall's at 12 Penn Square and Postal Telegraph Cable Co. at 20 Penn Square.
