Hand painted decoration: a single brown band near bottom; double banding along lip of differing widths; and an unusual repeating garland motif hangs from lower band by zig-zag lines, with a centered yellow circle decorated with brown tufts at top and bottom. A brown alternating motif hangs like a tassel or an inverted tuft of grass. Applied handle has brown stripe.

Side has a mended rectangular cracked/broken section, 2.25" x 1.25", along lip, with an additional crack extending into saucer bottom. Minor chips at lip and foot ring.
