A nonviolent knockout - Light heavyweight Johnny Rouse won't come out for fourth round of his bout with undefeated Richie Kates at Blue Horizon. So referee Joe Shannon counts him out while he sits in the corner and awards a knockout - not a TKO - to Kates. Kates' record is now 12 - 0. From the Evening Bulletin, Philadelphia.
