Handmade rectangular grater crudely fashioned with tinned sheet iron and having 14 staggered slits of 1.25" width and raised edges for cutting. All four edges are folded to back, but the two long sides are rolled over wire to stiffen length of tool.

Description
A) Inkwell, square mold-blown leaded glass. Thick walls, sides molded with thick strands lazily undulating in a diagonal direction. Raised neck and deep well.
B) Stand is a cast brass tray shaped like a picture frame without center picture. Two projecting handles. All supported by four scroll-molded feet attached to bottom of tray corners with screws. Entire top surface is decorated profusely with mostly scrolling leafage.

This blue ribbon is a 'first premium' ribbon" with information printed in gold letters. The gold seat of "Vocational Agriculture FFA" appears in the center with "West/ Lampeter/ Community/ Fair/ Lampeter/ Pennsylvania" below it.
The top corners are folded over to form a peak.A stiff paper label on the back with spaces to fill in exhibit, class, name and judge is attached by a grommet with a blue string through it.

Description
One of a series of "Annual Community Fair" ribbons from 1937 and 1938 for Millersville, Manor Twp., West Lampeter, and Columbia.
This blue ribbon is a 'first premium' ribbon" with information printed in gold letters: "First/ Premium/ "Seal of the State of Pennsylvania" / Harvest/ Home/ Association /Columbia/ Penn./ 1937."
The top 1/2-inch is folded over and held in place by a grommet with a blue string through it.
