Description
No. 3 and No. 4 at Oxford about 1893 with no. 3 in the foreground. No. 4 was the only second hand locomotive. She weighed 20 tons and was bought from the West Virginia and Pittsburg Railroad. She was built in 1883 by Mount Savage.
