Minnie Frey Brian was the daughter of Zacharias Frey and Mary Haverstick. Minnie was born c. 1882 and married John Frank Brian. Zacharias Frey and Mary Haverstick Frey are buried at Landis Valley.
The Bowman Technical School was founded by watchmaker Ezra F. Bowman in 1887 to teach the trade of watchmaking and engraving. During World War I, the Bowman Technical School trained soldiers to repair delicate aviation and naval instruments.
Cabinet card. Written on back: "Aunt Maggie" and "Dec. 20, 1987". This date might be written incorrectly and could actually be Dec. 20, 1897. This is likely Margaret Etter, sister of John Christian Etter.

This collection of photographs is from the estate of Esther Etter Rebman, and is mostly of the Etter, Falk and Kriegelstein families. Some of the photographs may have belonged to her aunt, Mary Etter (b. 1897, d. 1960).
