Description
Theodore Roosevelt speaking from the same place where Lincoln made an address in 1861. Peter B. Fordney, who was Lincoln's bodyguard to and from the train and who was six feet eight one one half inches, served in same capacity for Roosevelt, and is seen standing to left of Roosevelt. Lincoln Memorial Tablet is to right of balcony above flag. Roosevelt was brought to Lancaster under the management of W. Frank Gorrecht.
