Delegates of the Military Order of the Purple Heart standing in front of the Factory Administration Building of the Lancaster Floor Plant at Armstrong. Letter attached to photograph to Delegates from H. J. Marshall, Plant Manager is dated August 21, 1944, and thanks them for visiting the plant while they were in Lancaster.
