Flint spalls in rear of Flintknapper's Arms, Brandon, England. These flints, though good, do not equal the amber or "Pressigny" flint of France and Norway.

Christian Shenk boarding an airplane. Note on back of photo: "Christian H. Shenk, CTC, a Lancaster native. Chris as he is generally known, boards one of his more than thirty flights to Wolrd destinations as a delegate to the World Congress meetings of the American Society of Travel Agents and meetings of Certified Travel Counselors, of which he is a charter member. Chris Shenk is considered probably the longest active Airline Agent in the U. S. His first selling started with the Trans-Continental & Western Air, Inc. during the late 1920's, this being the forerunner of TWA.
