Lancaster County had several stations most of them established by Quakers. Hannah Gibbons was the wife of the Quaker Daniel Gibbons. Their granddaughter, MARIANNA GIBBONS BRUBAKER, wrote this about the family, in a paper she presented on the subject, "The Underground Railroad," in the Lancaster County
