Henry detailing her and her mother’s decision to select a new doctor, leaving Dr. Perry for Dr. Van Buren; Mr. Rowland approved; Mrs. Van Buren has been “kindness itself”’ she feels better knowing more about the condition of her lungs. Envelope with postmark and stamp addressed to J. Buchanan Henry, 14 Wall Street, New York, NY. Saratoga Springs, NY. 06/20/[1863] Year from envelope.
