The other half is divided into 6 smaller groups of six strands each bundled about 4 inches from the middle. At the tips, all 26 strands have a dark blue tape around the ends. .50 inch of pink colors one end and alternate 2 inches of white and pink end with pink at the taped tips end. Japanese Embassy Gift.

Red and white striped soft chenille (like pipe cleaners) on wire strands. Ten strands with 1-inch of wire ending in a small loop stranded onto a twisted and knotted white string holding all ten chenille stems. Japanese Embassy Gift.

Fire department emblem at top end of a metal rod. A circular center, 2.5-inch radius, contains a 1-inch high raised upper-case A with four angled petals. Top petal contains a capital "L;"lower petal: "FD;" left petal: hose attached to hydrant; and right petal: fire equipment including a hat and ladder. Two extensions on back have holes with rod through them. There is also another bent flat metal piece with two holes in the top and two in the bottom. The rod is inserted through the two closest to the emblem. Two remaining holes available to receive another rod. Name for this 'standard' is unknown.f
