File also contains card with information about Hans Schuler, sculpter, and a letter to the Washington Post from Sally Smith Cahalan, dated August 14, 1987, regarding acquiring a print of a photograph of the sculpture used in an article in their newspaper. Photocopy of newspaper article in question is attached to the letter.

Group of men who were delegates to Washington, D.C., from the New York Shipbuilding company. Martin Horting, marked in the back row with an x, was from Lancaster. He worked as a blacksmith for the company during World War I and helped to build the U. S. S. Idaho, then the Navy's largest battleship. Photo was taken on the White House lawn and shows Horting with other delegates and government officials. A newspaper article about Horting and the event is taped to the back of the photograph.
Mary Greiner Wheeler looking at the monument to the Greiner family at the Greiner Cemetery off of Cider Press Road near the orginal Greiner settlers' farm. Her great-grandparents, Sophia and Martin Greiner built the barn on on the farm.
