Commercially knit black cotton neck-piece that is contoured to fit closely around the neck. One snap top front; zig-zag pattern down center front of both panels.
Man's clip-on string tie of 7/8"-wide red grosgrain ribbon. Tie has two long ribbon ends extending down from bow. Printed in white on one "string" is "BOWMANSVILLE / 1820 and the other has "SESQUI-CENTENNIAL / 1970." Silver metal clips imprinted with "ORMAND" and "RUST RESIST."
