Ornate chased finial of cane or walking stick. Cane itself is not attached. Foliate and floral motifs. Thin metal filled with heavy-weight, dark substance. Tip engraved with: "Presented/ H L/ to/ Trout/Upon his Retirement/ From Lancaster City Council/ After/ Fifteen Years Service/ April 3 1907".

Includes: National Honor Society pin; ring with L in center, M in keystone on side, 32 in keystone on side, C M B on inside. 10 K and apple with numeral 4 also stamped on inside; pin with starburst engraving and chain to medal for high jump; pin with L in center, "Lancaster Boys School 1849 surrounding, smaller pin attached with chain displays "M" and "32."
Silver mesh purse with ball clasp closure and chain-link hand strap. Pattern of diagonal chains engraved on both sides of the sterling silver frame. Engraved on top of frame is "ANNIE M. HAIN HARRISBURG"
Silver purse with arched frame with scalloped edges. "G.Silver" and a maker's mark, "E.A. Co." engraved inside. Ball clasp closure. Chain link strap connected to larger ring at top. Body of purse is small flat pieces hooked together with rings. 4 metal balls hang on each side.
