Description
a) Large glass mug with wide flat 5-inch high handle attached to one side. A central flower with leafy branches, all white, decorate the glass opposite the handle. A lip at the bottom stabilizes the mug.
b) Glass lid with round knob at top. Line with white leaves on both sides encircles the lid near the bottom. Lower portion of the lid is horizontal and fits into the mug to prevent the lid from sliding off.
Provenance
Glass descended through the Bausman family. Passed down to Lula Bausman, who married Walter Dunlap, Sr. Walter M. Dunlap, Jr. (son) married donor.

Description
Mug, copper lusterware, glaze overall. Straight sides with molding: cove near base and coggled beads below lip. Applied handle. Sides decorated with center band of apricot color with thin bands of alternating blue and bown, both above and below center. Copper luster at lip, handle and base.

Glass Mug
Description
Clear, free-blown leaded glass mug, near barrel shape. Stiegel-type glass has bubbles and other imperfections throughout. Applied threading at rim; ribbed loop handle; engraved design on side is a bird with floral and foliate designs. Pontil mark on bottom has been smoothed around edges with grinding wheel.
Similar to #5, plate 35 in "American Glass" by George and Helen McKearin.
Provenance
Descent within the Nichols family of Lancaster Co. Family history states mug was always kept in a decorated dower chest, dated 1808.

Description
Clear mold-blown Stiegel-type glass mug in cylindrical form. Bottom quarter has 14 fluted ribs that carry through to the bottom and converge on the pontil mark. Rim edged with gold. Side has multicolored fruit and floral paint decoration with a central orange oval cartouche outlined in gold with gold cursive lettering: "Remember me." Applied handle.

Percussion pistol; octagonal iron barrel becomes round at muzzle end. It is 3 1/2 inches long. Full-length stock is faux-grained maple. Percussion lock is moderately decorated with engraving and is marked on plate: "DREPPERD/ LANCASTER."

Description
Small teacup (A) and saucer (B), white-bodied china. (A) Round teacup has scalloped base including four projecting feet. Rises with an inward curve before curving outward at lip.decorated with applied dark blue petals flanking a circle of applied light blue-painted flowers centering in gold-stampled lettering: " Souvener/ of/ Lancaster/ Pa." Body has molded flowers embossed around top and branch-like handle applied at side. Gold painted trim on one side of handle, the lip, and applied flowers as well as three stamped flowers at each side.
(B) Saucer (4 3/4" dia.) has embossed foliate design on top; small foot ring. Gold painted line on outer edge and inner line circle at central depression. Does not match teacup and may be a later addition.
(A) Teacup stamped on bottom with a crown over a shield with the monogram of "TGC"(?). Impressed nearby is a number, possible "1912" or "1917". (B) Saucer is stamped "MADE IN GERMANY" within a circle. The number "50" is stamped in gold.

Donor believes this set was purchased at Woolworth's store in Lancaster.
