Leaman's Brew House, original home of Franklin College in 1787. Located on Mifflin Street west of South Duke Street near Trinity Lutheran Church. It later became a station house. Demolished in early 1900.
Formerly the Kitty Yeates summer home in 1854, this residence became the A. J. Gerz Green Cottage Hotel. The building remains today at 613 Fremont Street. From left are A. J. Gerz and his wife, Margaret Gerz.
