Description
Helicopter gets a ride in C-130 -- When prolonged bad weather delayed the Air Force's testing of a Bell XH-40 helicopter at For Worth, Texas, the 'copter and the engineering crew were placed in a Lockheed C-130 propjet cargo-troop carrier and flown to Edwards Air Force Base, Calif., where testes were resumed. The cargo compartment of the C-130, in operational service with the Tactical Air Command, is larger than a railroad freight car.
