The Facilities Plan for the Leola Sewer Authority was undertaken to evaluate alternative methods for improved wastewater management in the Leola planning area, Upper Leacock Township, Pennsylvania.

Metal plate with shiny upper edge/rim. Central circle design is religious artifact in relief. Indented black letters below read: "Santo Innocenzo Society, Lancaster, PA 1921-1982" On reverse, at top, a small projection with a hole for hanging the plate has been soldered on.
Green floral rim features several Mount Joy buildings (in order, clockwise from bottom left: "Old Fire House," "Red Lion Hotel," "first industry - 1829," "Cedar Hill Female Seminary- 1839, " "Old Post Office." Bottom of rim reads, "A Voyage through the century." Center reads "Mount Joy Centennial / May 26 - May 30 / 1851 - 1951 / Good Ship Mount Joy" around an image of a many-sailed ship crossing an ocean.
