The chin of Bobby Bell is the point of impact with the glove of Carmelo Costa. Bell's face contorts with pain, giving him an eerie look as his hair stands up. The action was in the ninth round of their ten-rounder at Madison Square Garden. Bell, of Youngstown, Ohio, bowed to Costa of Brooklyn, on a split decision. Photo by Mike McNally.
