A. Dress, white cotton, 9 ins. long. Short sleeves trimmed with lace. Pintucks and lace insertions in bodice and 2-inch decorative lower edge of skirt. 2 white pearl shank buttons with hand-finished buttonholes in back. Some stains on shoulder, collar and skirt.
B. Robe, full-length, 15 ins.long. White wool with blue floss stitching as designs on fabric and as borders around hem, cuffs, front openings and bodice. Pleats at bodice, front and back. Lace trim on cuffs and neck. Silk tape to tie at neck and two white buttons on front bodice. Inside side seams are pinked. Some spots and numerous moth holes. I brushed away some remnants of dead worms.
C. Underskirt, wool; 18 inches long; 9.5-inch cotton waistband. One seam in back that ends in placket with one white button and button hole on the waistband. Decorative feather stitching on this seam and scallop stitch around the base of the skirt. Hem and seam raw edges are not finished. Large liquid stain as well as other spots on this garment.
D. Baby's gown, white cotton, 22 inches long. Lace trim at cuff and around neck. Lace insertions on front bodice. Front opening with three buttons. Three lengthwise seams. Small hole in skirt. A few spots--one at back hem edge.
E. Dress, white cotton lawn, 27 ins. long: bodice is 3 ins., skirt is 24 ins. Neck, collar, sleeves and hem edged in same lace as bodice. Pintucks on bodice and 3 ins. from bottom of skirt. Short puff sleeves, two 13-inch sashes and back opening with two white buttons. Careful mending on skirt, back opening, underarm.
F. Dress, white cotton, 22 ins. long, Skirt 19.5 inches long. Opening with four buttons is in front. Lace trim edging neck and cuffs. Insertion band with white flowers bands cuffs, lower edge of bodice and decorates front bodice with 4 vertical bands. Some brown stains on back skirt. Constructed on chain stitch machine--1st U.S. Patent in 1857.
G. Dress, white cotton lawn, 21 inches long: skirt is 18.5 ins. long. Lace trim around neck. Sleeves with 2-inch cuffs of same pattern as bodice. Although evidence of some careful mending there are tears throughout. Heavy rust stains on skirt overall. 3-button opening.

H. Dress, duplicate of G., but smaller: 18 inches long: skirt is 15.5 ins. long. A few spots, but many tears (neckline lace, bodice, sleeves) and some holes in skirt.
I. Dress, white cotton, 14 inches long. 6 pintucks full length of dress, neckline to lower edge/hem of dress. Delicate loops on edge of trim around neck and cuffs. Two 11-inch long sashes. Some rust spots. Constructed on chain stitch machine--1st U.S. Patent in 1857.
J. Dress, white cotton, 10.5 inches long. Short sleeves.Double-lace hem edging. Sleeve-edging is fraying and some of neck edge is separating from the body. Some spots.
K. Undergarment, upper body. Sleeveless, rear opening with snap at opening, back neck. Fine lace trim around hem. Some rust stains.
L. Blouse, white, 6 ins. from neck to lower hem. Long puffy sleeves with same lace trim as neck. Bodice with decorative gathers. 4 buttons in back. Some stains.
M. Blouse, white, 4 inches from shoulder to waist, opens in back. 1-inch wide lace at top trimmed in pink velvet ribbon. Ribbon also edges sleeves. Lower edge of blouse is gathered.
N. Blouse, white, 3.5 inches, neck to waist. Opens in back with one button at top and two ends of white tape threaded through .25-inch hem around bottom of blouse. Lace trim around neck and cuffs. A few stains, some fraying on cuff lace, evidence of mending.
O. & P. Dresses. Duplicates of pink cotton print. Long sleeves, gathered at wrists and around neck. 6 ins. long.
Q. & R. Dresses. Same pattern, different sizes: 4 ins. & 5.5 ins. long. White lawn with short sleeves. Pink velvet ribbon trim around neck, sleeves and waist with extra length to tie at back opening.
S. Dress. Pink with threaded vertical stripes. 6.5 ins. long. Lace around neck. Three hooks with thread loops for closure. Large spot on skirt in back.
T. Dress, Pink with horizontal pink/white stripes. 3.5 ins. long. Short sleeves edges are selvedges with running stitch gather. Opening in back, no closure. Stitches open at one sleeve seam.
U. Dress. Pink with white bodice insert. 5.5 ins. long. Lace trim on neck and sleeves. Exquisite detail with 1-centimeter wide tiny pintucks on bodice and decorative feather stitch chains around white bodice, on waist band and on hem. 2 buttons on back. Some rust spots on skirt.
V. Dress. White cotton stripe. 3.25 ins. long. Long sleeves. Neck and hem seams folded over once and finished with running stitch; edges are unfinished/raw. Rust spots, especially around neck.
W. Dress. White cotton with short sleeves. 5 inches long. Center front: decorative ecru lace from hem to waist, then angling to shoulders. Pink grosgrain ribbon is stitched up center front and them along inner edge of lace to shoulders with a bow atop each shoulder. Ribbon also edges the neck. Constructed using single thread running stitch.
X. Dress. Print fabric: black circles on white. Sleeveless with armholes cut into fabric; unfinished edges. Upper edge and lengthwise seam folded and stitched with running stitches. Stitches for gathering 1.5 inches from top. Hem edge is machine stitched. Garment has spots and is soiled overall.
Y. Dress for small doll. Elegant white cotton gown. Bodice is 1 inch; skirt is 15.5 inches long. Lace trim on neck, sleeves, hem and ends of sashes. 3 pintucks above hem. 1.75-inch wide sashes are 17 inches long.
Z. Dress for small doll. Bodice is 1 inch; skirt is 8.5 inches long. Vertical pintucks in bodice. Lace around neck and edging sleeves. Deep 2.75-inch hem. Stain down front along fold line (improper storage).

B. White cotton underskirt. 22 inches long. Waistband is 10 inches to opening with an additional three-inch extension. Waistband is 2 inches wide, with 17-inch length to hem with 3-inch band of lace sewn onto hem.
C. White cotton underskirt. 17 inches long. 7.5-inch waist with button closure.1.75-inch double fabric band with 2.5 -inch wide gathered fabric below edged in lace. Button missing. Some ink-like stains on reverse. (Same pattern, but smaller than "A.")
D. White cotton underskirt. 15 inches long. 5.25-inch waist band. No closure/overlap. Machine-stitched, 1.5-inch hem.
E. White cotton underskirt. 8.5 inches long. 11.25-inch long waistband with buttonhole center front in addition to one at back opening with a button. Four .25-inch pintucks circle the skirt an inch above the hem. A 1-inch band of lace has been hand-stitched to the hem. This garment feels starched. Black ink-like stain in back seam where folded. Some brown spots.
F. White cotton underskirt. 8 inches long. 8.5-inch long waistband. Button and buttonhole at back. 4 pintucks around bottom above hem. Soiled overall. (This garment was constructed using a chain stitch machine. 1st U.S. patent in 1857.)
G. White cotton long underskirt for small doll. 9 inches long. 3.25-inch long waistband.Button and buttonhole at back. Deep 1.75-inch hem, hand stitched. 1-inch lace border at bottom. Some brown spots and stains.
H. Sweater, Crocheted white wool long-sleeved cardigan with pink scalloped border around neck, front opening, sleeves and lower edge. Pink strands with tassels attached to close sweater at neck. 8 ins. long, 9.5 ins. wide. Soiled collar.
I. Sweater, Crocheted white wool long-sleeved cardigan with light blue scalloped border around neck, front opening, sleeves and lower edge. Light blue strand with tassels threaded around neck to tie in front. One piece of strand is detached; second has been repaired. .5-inch light blue ribbon has been woven from neck down front and along entire bottom edge. 5.5-inches long, 6.75 inches wide. Some stains on ribbon, piece of sleeve edging detached, yarn around ribbon in back and portion in front is torn.
J.Sweater, Crocheted white wool long-sleeved cardigan with light blue yarn around neck, front opening, sleeves and lower edge. Strand of .25-inch white ribbon laced around neck to be tied in front (too short to be tied). 5 ins. long, 6.5 inches wide.
K. Apron. White with blue fabric band along both sides, across front 2 ins. from hem, and around waist with extensions to tie the apron. two white hearts within pink fabric borders are sewn onto apron on both sides near the top. L.Yoke. Starched cotton. Two pieces of fabric, stitched on chain-stitch sewing machine. Puncture marks where pins have been inserted at shoulders 4.5 ins. long. 4.5 ins. wide at shoulders.
M. Undergarment. Bloomer/drawers. White lawn, two legs with lace border. Center opening. Hand-sewn. 2.5 ins. long. 3 ins. wide. Some rust spots on lace and portion of hem at waist undone.
N. Dress/robe and scarf. Orange fabric with feather-stitch in purple thread stitched around edges of front of robe and around scarf. Open in front, but 4 ins. at bottom are tacked closed. Robe and scarf are both 10.5 ins. long. Both are heavily stained and soiled.
O. Blouse. Pale green satin with neckline and short sleeves edged with .25-inch pink velvet ribbon. Gathered at waist. Opening in back.. Hand sewn. 5.5 ins. long. Heavily stained with rusty spots on one side and back.
P. Blouse. Pink satin with disintegrating lace-like border along neckline. Opening in back. Hand sewn. 8 inches total width. 3 ins., shoulder to waist.
Q. Blouse for small doll. White cotton with 2 blue-white stripe patterns. Hand sewn.2-part sleeves are long, neckline edge carefully stitched with rolled edge. Decorative fabric tie sewn to center front. Matching scarf/ sash for waist (1.5 ins. wide; 12 ins. long) is tapered to a point at one end so it can be tucked into 2 slits cut 2 inches from the squared end.
R. 5 unidentified fabric items. (1) 5" x 2.5" white dotted-swiss rectangle, heavily stained. (2) 1.25" x 1.5" seamed and hemmed white cotton tube. (3) 5.75" x 1.5" white rectangle. Hemmed on all sides, gathered on one long edge. (4) 6" x 3" rectangle gathered along one lengthwise edge with lace sewn on top of other lengthwise edge. (5) Hemmed 2.5 inch damask cotton square, White "T" embroidered in one corner.
S.Dress. 4 inches long. Red crocheted short-sleeved dress with red ribbons at sleeve cuffs.Small hat on a wire attached to the dress. Part of lower edge unraveling.
T. Vest and matching hat. Black/white wool yarn vest with crocheted red border. Matching peaked hat has red border around edge of brim.
U. Cape, matching muff and hat.. White fabric, fuzzy on one side. Cape is triangular with extension at collar to wrap around shoulders. 4 inches long at point. Muff is 2" x 1.5" tube lined with pink satin. 2-inch circular hat has pink ribbon around its edge and a red plastic flower on the front.
A. Bureau, off-white painted wood with two drawers, storage compartment with door on upper right; mirror on left side of top of bureau. ( 12 ins. wide x 6.5 ins. deep x12.5 ins. high) Small gold bird cage with bird inside on the bureau. North wall, Unit 2, Shelf __

E. Doll Trunk.18" wide x 8.5" deep x 6" high. Exterior of wood is covered with a black leather painted fabric. Strips of brown leather run along the lip and side edges of the lid. 4 leather strips decorate the top and run down the front at the corners and middle near the lock. Hand leather tab at the lock is partially gone. Only one of the leather handles on the sides is still in tact. Three wood strips across the top of the trunk and two on the bottom are anchored at the ends with decorative metal pieces nailed in place. The bottom is covered with decorative paper.
The interior of the trunk is covered with decorated paper. A color sticket of three roses is pasted in the center on the top of the trunk. A colorful strip of blue and yellow designs between red borders is pasted on both sides of the lid. One fabric hinge (torn) remains. Items can be stored in the bottom of the trunk or in a removable shelf with a covered compartment on the right side. The lid (now separated from the compartment) is blue with edges banded in the same colorful pattern as the lid. A small picture of a child and dog is glued in the center.
