Sliver mesh purse, with chain handstrap. "Mrs J. Rowe Fletcher. Harrisburg, PA" engraved on plain side of metal frame. The other side is decorated with a floral pattern. Ball clasp closure and chain link handstrap. Inside, "L.S." is engraved on one side of the frame, "STERLING" on the other side.
