Description found in Guide to the Manuscript Collections in the Historical Society of Pennsylvania : "William Henry Papers, 1759-1812. Correspondence and other documents relating to Henry's political interests in Lancaster County and his activities during the Revolution; there are, also, a few additional items of a miscellaneous character. The papers include: letters, documents, and accounts, 1759-1812; ledger, 1777-79; a record of the "disbursements of the Hide Department,"1779-83; Lancaster County doket, 1774-80; J. J. Henry's journal of the campaign against Quebec, 1775; his notes for a history of the Indian nations, with maps of Pennsylvania counties; sixteen letters to William Henry, 1777, 1783, published in P.M.H.B., XXII(1898), 106-113.
