Weaver and her brother James B. Weaver; expecting the wines to sell well; hoping to meet with Mr. Howell in Laurel Hill; enclosing a note that Mr. Henry received from William and John O’Brien; planning to discuss the sale of the securities when he is in Lancaster; and having received the farm advertisements. Weaver be advanced $100 from the estate since his job in New York pays only $7 per week; noting that the wedding “passed off very pleasantly” with a number of out-of-town guests, but regretting that the animosity between him and the Johnstons prevented him from inviting them; and sending regards to Mrs. Swarr and Miss Sallie.
