Top edge folded over with paper label glued under fold. Safety pin in top of label. Printed on label: "Meyer's Shop/ Badge Makers/ 1331 F. St., N.W./ Washington, D.C."
Ribbon, Blue with silver lettering: "Pennsylvania / Council / of / Republican / Women" Decorative printed silver border at top; fringed at bottom edge. Top edge folded back, t-pin inserted and hemmed in place. White paper label attached at bottom: " This badge manufactured by/ The Whitehead & Hoag Co.....Main Office and Factory, Newark New Jersey" with a list of unions represented in their plant.
Faded on both top and bottom edges. Residue of liquid stain and soiled overall. Small vertical tear on near lower right corner. Raw edges both top and bottom.
Ribbon, Yellow with gold print. "Charter / Member / Continental / Congress / [seal of DAR] N.S.D.A.R." Bottom edge fringed. Top edge is folded to back, 1/4 inch with label glued beneath the fold. Safety pin in label. On label: "Meyer's Military Shop/ Manufacturers of Metal Badges,/ Ribbon Badges, Flags & Pennants,/ 1231 Pa.Ave., N.W./ Washington, D.C."
