Description
Mochaware mug with ear-like handle in earthen tones (tan, gold and dark brown). Six indented double bands encircle the outside of the mug. All but the top inch of the mug and handle is painted gold. A band at the top of the mug is decorated with a painted dark brown chain diamond-shapes banded with double lines of brown on both sides. Handle ends are leaf-like.
Tapes on base of mug: "1884/ J.B.Morris, Jr." and "mocha/2M."

Mountains in the background. 2.25-inch border decorations of alternate flowers and pairs of hooved animals.
