Large redware mixing bowl, with dark red-brown glaze inside. Spout formed at lip. Two applied handles at sides. Glaze splashed and dripped onto other areas of bowl, including sides, handles, and underside of lip.
Large areas of glaze loss, as well as multiple small losses. Scratches and pinpricks in surface. The edge is worn. Some chunks of bottom edge are missing.

Red earthenware loaf dish, oval/oblong shape, drape molded, yellow slip-trail decoration, clear lead glaze, coggled upper corner of edge. Slip-trail decoration along both long sides and in from each end of the bowl, and within flattened center area are 4 stylized floral motifs.
Large chip along exterior, length edge. 2 small incised scratches along same edge (looks like the Roman numeral II). Other small nicks and chips present overall. One large chip and several small chips along inside if edge. Scratches and darkening at bottom. with crazing of glaze.

Pewter plate, part of the Warwick Congregation's (now known as the Brickerville United Lutheran Church) communion service.
Flat bottom, rounded booge and wide, flat rim with single reeded edge.
Underside struck with two oval marks: one has "Townsend and Compton" and the other reads "LONDON." Following are four small square marks in a row. The last one has the initials "T&C".
Provenance
The entire communion service remained in use over the years until the congregation decided in 1997 to find a safe place for this valuable communion set. Purchased by the Heritage Center of Lancaster County.

Underside struck with two worn round marks, on left an anchor over top of the letter "G", undereath of which is "PERCHARD". The right mark has a flower over "LONDON". Another stamp below is heavily worn with "MADE I(N) (L)OND(ON)". Three smaller square marks below.
