Trade card on rectangular buff-colored heavy paper has keystone shape. Full color litho depicts woman in 19th c. garb holding a parasol in the form of a watch case while sun smiles down from above. Verse below reads: "SHE HOLDS IT LIKE A PARASOL,/ WITH ALL A WOMAN'S GRACE;/ SHE GLANCES UP TO SEE THE TIME,/ THROUGH THE KEYSTONE OPEN FACE." Remainder of space has various panels filled with printed advertisement for Keystone jewelry. At bottom is "HARRY SUTTON,/ JEWELER/" over address and "Boss and Keystone Cases a Specialty."
Printed "GF" within border at bottom right (maker).
Reverse has advertisement for Keystone Coin watchcases describing the merits.

The 1886 Directory list both James Rose and a David Rose working at Rose Bros. & Hartman (umbrella manufacturers at 14 E. King St. 1890 Dir. lists the same partners. 1909 has Rose Bros. Co. at Lime & Fulton Sts. and the retail store at 14 E. King St.

Obverse has image of two men colliding above text advertising cough syrup with name and address: "LOCHER'S DRUG STORE/ 9 E. King St., Lanc., Pa./ and at all country stores."
Reverse has additional text urging public to give the cough syrup "one trial."
Trade card, black print on heavy paper with glossy white face. Three-fourths of card is engraved print of a streetscape in Lancaster city. In the center is a store front with a large sign reading, "ROTHARMEL & BEATES." At bottom of engraving is written, "T H Mumford."
Below engraving is written, "DRY GOODS STORE/ FOUR DOORS SOUTH OF MICHAEL'S HOTEL,/ NORTH QUEEN ST., LANCASTER." This store was owned by Henry Rotharmel and T.W. Beates.
"CA. 1850" is written in pencil on back by Book Haven. Label on plastic sleeve reads: "Michael's Hotel was/ located at 32-34/ No. Queen."
