Rifle with flint lock (now percussion), full stock of curly maple, brass mountings, set triggers, silver inlays, octagonal barrel with P. Brong in block letters on the top facet of the barrel. The carving on the cheek side of this rifle is an interesting combination of C scrolls. This is a fine example of workmanship by a Lancaster gunsmith whose products are vey rare.
