Milk delivery wagons, horses and drivers used for daily home delivery for Sanitary Dairy Milk Company line up at 572 North Queen Street. This dairy later became Pensupreme Dairy.
The Washington Hotel, 1887-1892, was located in the present Lancaster Storage Company site in 300 block of North Queen Street. Note archway that leads to a courtyard and stables to rear of former hotel.
