Wheel-thrown redware milk pan has outwardly flaring sides, slightly domed bottom and slip decoration on ground color of orange-brown. Decorated with yellow concentric rings on interior wall and base, widely undulating black slip trail on interior side wall and large black slip trail flower in center of interior base. Glazed on interior only.
Body intact but very significant surface losses to interior glaze and slip decoration, especially at interior bottom. Wear to exterior surfaces with small chips, soil and fire-darkened areas on bottom.
Dark brown ceramic teapot, oval-shaped. Enameled floral design with golden edging and golden floral molded finial. Base has same floral enameled pattern, golden enameled ribbon around rim, handles, and base. Top of spout has golden edging and leaf pattern. Base of spout has different leaf pattern.
Dark brown ceramic sugar bowl, oval-shaped. Most likely press-molded and hand finished. Lid has golden, floral, molded finial and enamel floral pattern with golden edging around rims, handles and base.
Dark brown ceramic oval-shaped creamer with enamel floral design and gold edging around handle, base and rim. Press-molded in two parts, hand-finished.
Transfer print decorated plate. Pink transfer on rim, green transfer on interior, scene of bridge.
Plate with red and green transfer print of what appears to be an Asian scene. Central (green) section shows a suspension bridge. Three people stand together in foreground. Small boats, buildings with mountains in the background. Small decorative red border in center. 2.25-inch wide red ends with a small border along the scalloped edge.
On the back of the plate, in green, is a shield with uppercase cursive "EW&S" above a bridge with towers at each end. "Suspension/Bridges" is printed within. A "12" is stamped in green on the plate.
