A medium size serving plate with color transfer-printed edge. Wide pink band and scene in center featuring "Shakespeare's House". May be part of the Parisian Pink china purchased by James Buchanan while serving as the U.S. Secretary of State from the French Ambassador, Louis Adolphe Aimé Fourier, comte de Bacourt.

Hepplewhite Pembrook Oval Table. Two drop leaves, when opened, are supported by pivoted shaped brackets. End skirts are straight with one containing a full-width drawer. The four slender tapering legs have satinwood inlay at the upper end.
Pair of English Queen Anne brass candlesticks, marked 'A' and 'B'.
Baluster shaft mounted on wide, square base with stepped edging. Circular indentation in top of base. Very low feet at corners. Vertical seams on shaft indicate cast parts. A and B differ slightly in height.
Details very worn. Candlestick 'B' is split at seam on shoulder below cup and split at both sides of candle cup top edge at seams. "A" has small split at lip seam. Both sticks have distortions at various places, especially at base and lip.

Baluster shaft mounted on wide, square base with gadrooning and stepped edging. Vertical seams on shaft indicate cast parts. Metal pin inside candle cup anchors candle. Metal pin protrudes on underside of 4.625 inch square base.
Oval, raised base. Iron bottom. Webbed foot-like design on top of base up to neck which is tapered. Fluted column with urn-shaped top section. Also fluted with oval lip and mouth. Top oval, molded lip is removable, fits into urn-shaped top section.
