Pin on back of blue and white paper identification card in clear plastic with seal of PA at top. "Sarah Ann Stouffer"[sic] printed above "Governor's Conference on Natural Beauty"
Name tag in clear plastic sleeve with pin on back. Printed in gold on card is a keystone with "Commonwealth of Pennsylvania" inside. "September 10, 1966" below. " Sarah Ann Stauffer" typed in center strip and in gold letters at the bottom: "Republican State / Committee Meeting."
