All which cases are truly stated upon pleadings, and the arguments on each side clearly reported; together with the opinions of those judges, who sate as assistants to the chancellor before he pronounced his decrees. To which are added marginal notes, shewing where those decrees are founded on the civil law, and agree therewith. None of these cases ever printed before, and all of them carefully collected by a gentleman who attended the said court, and was himself of counselin the said cases.
