Small black album of photographys and cyanotypes of people and scenes around Lancaster County taken between 1900 and 1906. Many of the places are identifiable, but names of people not always included. Several pages at the front of the album are loose. Album belonged to Blanche Hartman.
Intersection of Hershey Avenue and Wabank Street. In 1940s was knowns as Smokey Valley Ranch, run by Huss Ortlieb. Also used as an ash dump.

Photographs were taken in 2008, but Mr. Schaller's memories of the neighborhood from 1935 to 1948, from the age of 5 to the age of 18, are included. Mr. Schaller is an Armstrong retiree and grew up in the Cabbage Hill neighborhood.
