Description
The Revolutionary War Collection contains a variety of materials from and about the Revolutionary War in Lancaster County and Pennsylvania. The original records include correspondence, military pay certificates, court records, and an orderly book kept by Lt. Col. Adam Hubley, Jr. during the Sullivan Campaign of 1779. There are also research notes and secondary sources, including a list of prisoners of war, a list of males in Lancaster County in 1776, Continental Hospital Returns 1777-1780, articles, information on soldiers buried in Lancaster County, and an article about John Paul Jones.

Collection contains material pertaining to pageants, festivals, and celebrations in Lancaster County. The majority of the collection pertains to the "Pageant of Liberty," celebrating the 150th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence (1776-1926), and the "Pageant of Gratitude," commemorating the 200th anniversary of the formation of Lancaster County (1729-1929). Description
This collection contains ephemera related to Julius J. "Jule" Ritchey of Lancaster and his career as a middleweight boxer.
Admin/Biographical History
Julius J. "Jule" Ritchey was born in 1895 in Lancaster's Cabbage Hill neighborhood. During his career as a middleweight boxer, he fought 75 bouts, won 65 of them and had 4 KOs. He fought alongside local contemporaries Leo Houck, Rosey Stoy, and Tim Droney. He trained in various places around the world, including Havana, Cuba. Ritchey later worked from Armstrong until he retired in 1960. He died 9 January 1983 in Lancaster.

Description
The Ressler Family and Mascot Roller Mill Collection contains Christmas cards sent by the Ressler Family, owners of the Mascot Roller Mill in Upper Leacock Township, and information about the mill, the family home and the Ressler Mill Foundation.
Admin/Biographical History
The Mascot Roller Mill was built in 1760 by Jacob Becker. William Ressler acquired the mill in 1864 and his family continued to operate the mill until 1977. With the mill no longer in production, the Ressler Mill Foundation was established to preserve the mill and its waterways.

United Brewery Workers Collection, 1900-1951
Description
The United Brewery Workers Collection contains membership books, roll book, ledger, and daybooks for Local 206 of the International Union of United Brewery Workmen of America, then the International Union of United Brewery and Soft Drink Workers of America, and later the International Union of United Brewery, Flour, Cereal, and Soft Drink Workers of America. Most membership books show name of member, place and date of birth, date of initiation into the union, industry, department, international book number, local ledger number, local union number, locality, and the signatures of union officials. The "Declaration of Principles" is printed at the front of the book and most have stamps showing dues paid.

Collection contains information on Armstrong World Industries, formerly the Armstrong Cork Company, manufacturers of flooring, ceiling, and building materials. Several items concern military production during World War II. There are histories of the company, management correspondence, policy manuals, blueprints, consumer catalogs, annual reports, and copies of Armstrong Today, an internal magazine.
