Five pages of Eby family genealogy 1714-1833 following the New Testament and one-half page 1730-1772 preceding the New Testament. Photocopies housed in separate envelope.
Three examples of old repairs removed by conservator housed in separate envelope.
Approximately ten very fragile dried leaves, one colored drawing of the crucifixion on leather, one straight pin, and one strip of paper removed by conservator and placed in folder housed in separate envelope.
Five sheets 22 x 14 cm. of translations from Bible removed by conservator and placed in folder housed in separtate envelope.
Twenty-three colored slides and explanatory materials document progress of restoration in separate envelope.
Professionally restored by Conservation Center for Art and Historic Artifacts including repaired pages new cover of blind-tooled full leather and clasps in a linen clam-shell box; original cover and clasps housed in separate linen clam-shell box.

Red box that opens like a book--on the spine in gold letters: "Archives/ I/ Castillon & Co. Cognac." The bottle of cognac (4/5 quart, 80 proof ) with two small glasses and a glass stopper are inside. This box is in a wood shipping box from France. "This bottle of Pinet Castillon Cognac was presented to the UNION FIRE CO. No. 1 in August 1960 upon the 200th anniversary of the Co. On 14 August 1960 a bottle of 116 year old Pinet Castillon Cognac kept in the vault by the Union Fire Co. since 1866 was drunk at the 200th anniversary. Pinet Castillon presented this bottle to be opened 14 August 2060." Signed: "John Ward Willson Loose/ Historian, U.F.C."
Written in ink on the shipping box: "Free Sample Cognac Brandy/ Not for Sale - For Analytical/ Purposes Only."
