This collection was relocated from the Wheatland mansion to the LancasterHistory archives in the Spring of 2009. Print of Lancaster, PA's "Soldiers and Sailors' Monument" in Penn Square was dedicated on July 4, 1874. "Vicksburg" and "Malvern Hill" inscriptions visible on the central granite pillar. Families and pairs of people look at the monument, others cross the streets or are on the walkways in front of shops and houses.
