After usual greetings, says he has telegraphed her that they will be home on Thursday because of scarlet fever in the area; asks her to arrange for children’s care on a farm and is greatly concerned about the issue; is caring well for James and Ellen since Lulie has gone home; hoping that she can come back soon.
