Lou Thesz tries body slam on "Whipper Billy" Watson, but match was declared a draw when there were no falls at end of 90 miniute time limit. Match was held at Olympic Auditorium, Los Angeles, California.

Young Sadow, bantamweight champion, 1910 up to 1913. Featherweight champion, 1914. Unbeaten. South African, Indian born. Born August 6, 1891 at Durban. At the age of 75 years still fit and well and living just outside Durban. Held South African Non-European bantam, feather and lightweight titles - 1910 to 1924. Called the "giant Killer" as he fought and beat heavyweights - was a great right hand KO puncer. Had his last fight in Durban in 1945 which eh won when he was 54 years old.
