H. Harvey Schoch, the donor's grandfather, lived in Selinsgrpve, PA where he was a close friend of Mary Kittera Snyder. Additionally, H. Donor's grandfather gave him the engraving of Miss Snyder who chose Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania as her adopted home town during her adult years after she was appointed the Post Mistress of Selinsgrove.
