This page is labeled "Mt. Gretna 1912." Elizabeth Peale's photo album before her marriage to Paul Ryder. Photo Album #3, page 8, four pictures of varying sizes, (1) Five people with the label, "March Twins, Ted, Jessie and Don." (2) "The Lake" picture of the lake with two people in it (3) "Rifle Range" Two young men and a woman sitting on the porch of supposedly the Rifle Range and (4) "A Morning Walk" "?Find Ted" and Oh! Chaperone John.
In addition to these pictures there are two little engraved piece of papers (perhaps from envelopes) one the crest from Hotel Astor, New York and one in Blue and Gold from Penn State.

Elizabeth Peale's photo album before her marriage to Paul Ryder. Photo Album #3, page 40, Four pictures and one little piece of engraved linen with the words"Kappa Sigma, Carlisle, Pa." (1) Seven women sitting and/or standing next to fireplace; (2) Three men and one woman in yard with the caption "Cousins." One man has a cigarette in his mouth, the other a pipe. (3) Four men and one woman, these are labeled, Father, Arthur, Griffith and Mother. (4) A picture that is pieced together (poorly) with four men and Elizabeth Peale (Ryder)

Classroom with a large number of boys seated at desks and two men (probably teachers) standing. Paul Ryder is the boy seated farthest to the left. Photo taken in 1910 according to note on back. This is probably Lancaster High School since Paul graduated from there the following year.
